CF TOYS.COM RETURN Shipping charges on returns or exchanges: Returns If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning it to us in the original package (please refer our detailed return policy). Electric and Gas SCOOTER RETURN POLICY C F Toys has sold a large number of gas and electric vehicles, and overall these products meet or beat our customer's expectations. Generally gas and electric vehicles are reliable and not prone to defects. Obviously, complex machinery may break or become defective in time. It is important for you to know we will do whatever is necessary to insure complete satisfaction with your purchase now and in the future. Nothing is carved in stone. We are here to help and serve you. Repair of replacement: We will gladly arrange for repair, replacement or refund on any vehicle, if the unit is defective at the time of deliver: i.e. out of the box. The term "defective" means unable to run, take a charge or other defect that renders the unit nonfunctional. We ask you to give us the opportunity to resolve the problem before demanding a refund. Refunds and Returns: We will not accept any electric or gas vehicle to be returned once the vehicle has been used. Once you, our customer removes the vehicle from the original packaging and put the wheels on the street, no refund will be made. Once you use the vehicle the importer is responsible for repairs or replacement under the importer warranty. If you wish to unpack the vehicle, inspect it and decide to return it, you may do so if the vehicle has not been used. The vehicle must be returned in the original container with all accessories, manuals and packing. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the vehicle to C F Toys and C F toys will access a 15% restocking fee. However, the personal of our company they will inspect and make the proper determination on the condition of the USED items received back for the appropriate refund. Delivery freight will not be refunded. You must call us for a return authorization number prior to making a return or the package will not be accepted. During the warranty period: In the event you encounter problems during the warranty time-period, C F TOYS offers ongoing support. This means, if you wish, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and insure that the unit is repaired to your satisfaction. After the warranty period and at any time after the sale, we will continue to assist you with any problem you may encounter. This means we will gladly call the manufacturer and inquire on the costs of repairs or replacement of parts and are always willing to offer assistance. C F TOYS does provide warranty service, we do offer repairs and we do sell parts. These services are provided by our technical warranty service center.
